Charles & Sue’s School of Hair Design is a local cosmetology school in the Bryan/College Station area and has been producing the best graduates for the cosmetology industry for over 50 years. We first opened our cosmetology school doors in November 1971! Our school was founded by Charles & Sue Fikes, they had a passion for hair and helping students chase their dreams.

Over Five Decades of Cosmetology School
We have been a Pivot Point Approved Cosmetology School since the beginning. Because we use Pivot Point, we provide students the scientific principles and techniques of training with the high professional standards of modern design in hairstyling concepts. In 2015, we began a new phase of our journey and expanded to feature The Summit Salon Curriculum.
The Summit Salon Business Center is recognized as a leader in providing business-consulting services to all areas of the beauty industry. Altogether, we believe that having the foundation of Pivot Point and Summit Salon Curriculum provides the educational tools for our students to become exceptionally trained and qualified professionals in the cosmetology industry. Additionally, Charles & Sue’s School of Hair Design strives to provide opportunities for employment to our graduates.
