Title IX Information

On May 19, 2020 the Secretary of Education amended the regulations implementing Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX). This new rule has revised the scope of a school’s responsibility for managing incidents such as sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and procedural requirements for the resolution of the Title IX complaints.

Charles & Sue’s School of Hair Design has always been committed to never discriminating based on sex, religion, gender, race or disability. Our Title IX Coordinator, our Investigator and our Decision Maker have all been trained to properly handle Title IX complaints. They trained through the Thompson Coburn training series to learn and understand the new Title IX regulations set forth on August 14, 2020.
